A 23-year-old man with a history of tuberous sclerosis presented with multiple white globular elevated lesions bilaterally (Fig A). The most prominent of these astrocytic hamartomas in his left eye was raised, cystic, and calcific (Fig A, white line). En face OCT infrared scan (Fig B) highlights the clear cystic spaces. Angiographic flow (Fig C) and en face OCT angiography (Fig D) demonstrates a plexus of capillary vessels in the apex of the hamartoma. (Magnified version of Fig A-D is available online at www.aaojournal.org).
